Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Snarky Paws (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The Service provides AI-powered entertainment tools that generate fun, snarky "roasts" from your pet's sounds. All results and "translations" generated by our AI are generated for entertainment and novelty purposes only.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties (Entertainment Only)

  • No Professional Advice: The Service does not provide real pet communication, veterinary, animal behavior, or medical advice. Our AI "translations" are entirely fictional and written for laughs.
  • No Real Recognition: The Service does not, and cannot, actually decode, translate, or recognize what your pet is "saying." Any resemblance to a real pet opinion is purely coincidental.
  • As-Is Basis: The Service and its AI-generated results are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind regarding accuracy or reliability. You agree that your use of the Service is at your own sole risk.

3. Payments

Access to the full roast is a one-time payment (pay-per-use) per result, processed securely by PayPal. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges.

4. Refund Policy

  • All Sales Are Final: Due to the digital and instant nature of the AI generation service, all purchases and single-use payments are strictly non-refundable once the AI processing has been initiated or the result has been delivered.
  • Exceptions: Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances, solely at our discretion:
    1. A technical error or system failure prevented the AI from delivering the result after successful payment.
    2. Duplicate billing caused by a technical glitch on our payment gateway.
  • How to Request a Refund: If you experience a technical failure, please email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with your transaction ID and a description of the issue.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the merchant of record handling the transaction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
